When you enroll in a course (free or paid), you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to view, stream, and (where permitted) download content for your personal, non‑commercial learning. 🎓

🚫 You may NOT:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any course material
• Upload our videos to other websites or platforms
• Use our content to create competing educational products
• Mass‑download videos using automated tools

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action. ⚖️

💸 3. Payments, Refunds & Pricing

3.1 Payments via Partner Platforms

Most of our courses are sold through Udemy, Amazon, SkillShare, Learnfly, TutorialsPoint, and YouTube. Each platform has its own refund policy. The Takeoff College does not process refunds directly for purchases made on third‑party platforms. Please refer to their refund policies. 🔄

3.2 Direct Sales (Future)

If and when The Takeoff College sells courses directly, we will offer a 14‑day, no‑questions‑asked refund policy provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content. 💵

3.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already‑enrolled students. 🏷️

All content provided by The Takeoff College — including video lessons, transcripts, quizzes, workbooks, code examples, design assets, book text, logos, and brand names — is the intellectual property of The Takeoff College or its licensors. ©️
